“We were introduced to Navesink through a mutual acquaintance to help us think about an exit and orchestrate a sellside M&A process. The Navesink team got to work quickly to understand our business, bring RIG to market and run an efficient auction process. I was impressed with Navesink’s responsiveness, financial acumen, negotiating tactics and overall business judgement. Navesink punched well above its weight and delivered an excellent outcome for RIG and its equity sponsor, Lakeside Capital”
Jason Bandy, President and CEO, RIG Industrial
“As I began to explore options for selling Kamps Propane and its affiliated companies, Navesink was introduced to us by a mutual friend and advisor. We had been speaking with other investment banks in the West coast market when we met Ren and were impressed with his experience in energy and knowledge of the potential buyer universe. Navesink listened to the objectives of myself and the senior management team and structured a highly competitive process to market Kamps to a range of strategic and private equity buyers. We had been involved in M&A processes over the years as an acquirer, but underestimated the complexity of selling a large integrated propane distribution company to institutional buyers. We were fortunate to have Navesink by our side to guide Kamps to a successful exit.”
John Kamps, Founder and CEO, Kamps Propane
